The first objective of this paper is to select the best estimation method of regional Input-Output tables by non-survey and indirect or semi-survey estimation techniques. We classify non-survey methods according to their cost and how easily they could be implemented. The second objective is to anaiyse the coefficients of the regional matrix, in order to study their structural changes. We estimate the 1-0 table with non-survey and semi-survey methods and we compare these estimations with the survey table. Additionally, we simulate different input-output tabies with a wide range of origin matrix, in order to obtain the multipliers and evaluate their reliability.
